4. Frederick has come to you with what he says is a "major problem." He says there are at least a half dozen snapping turtles living in his desk. A couple of the turtles broke free yesterday, eating his shoes and a couple of his toes. He left a trail of carp leading out to the front door, hoping they would follow it overnight and leave him alone, but alas they’re still there — and, more importantly, still snapping!

A. Let Frederick use your desk for the time being and call in an exterminator or something to get rid of those turtles.

B. Tell Frederick that since they're snapping turtles, he won't need to track down someone in maintenance the next time he needs his pencils sharpened.

C. Tell Frederick to, "Hang in there!"
